Pixelion Store ships worldwide. All products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners to ensure quality and reduce waste.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time & Regions

Canada & USA: 5–10 business days

Europe & UK: 7–15 business days

Australia & Asia: 10–20 business days

Rest of World: 15–25 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on customs delays or regional carrier performance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected products. Pixelion Store occasionally offers free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your shipment’s progress.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date at contact@pixelionstore.com, and we will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
