Refund policy

All Pixelion Store products are made to order through our fulfillment partners to reduce waste and ensure consistent quality. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@pixelionstore.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund through our fulfillment partner.

Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated shipping window, contact us at the same email above. We’ll investigate and assist with a replacement where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
Because every product is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for the following:

Wrong size or color chosen by the customer

Buyer’s remorse

Orders with incorrect shipping addresses

How Replacements Work
Once your issue is approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. You don’t need to ship the original item back unless specifically instructed.
